MOQ depends on the product and customization. Typical starting quantities are 100 paddles, 1,000 balls or 50 net sets.
Can you add our logo and packaging?
Yes. We support custom graphics, logos, colors, inserts, bags and retail cartons. We provide artwork templates before sampling.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. We recommend approving a physical sample before bulk production, especially for new constructions or private-label artwork.
How long does production take?
Most repeat orders take 25–35 days after deposit and artwork approval. New custom projects may require additional sampling time.
How do you control quality?
We check incoming materials, production dimensions, appearance, weight, printing, packing and final random samples against the approved specification.
Can you help with product testing?
We can support common performance and compliance testing through qualified third-party laboratories based on your destination market.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP depending on the destination and order. Freight is confirmed before shipment.
